Photos you can hand your adjuster
We photograph damage on every slope, measure the roof, and note the storm date. You get the photos on your phone the same day, whether or not you hire us.
If it's a claim, we meet your adjuster on the roof and walk them through what we found. If it isn't, we tell you that too, and what a repair would cost instead.

How do I know if the storm damaged my roof?
Look for shingle granules piling up in gutters or at downspouts, dented gutters or vents, missing or lifted shingles, and new stains on ceilings. Hail damage is often invisible from the ground, which is why we get on the roof.
Should I call my insurance company first?
You can, but many homeowners call us first. We document the damage with photos and tell you honestly whether it looks like enough for a claim, so you aren't filing for something that won't be covered.
How soon after a storm should I get an inspection?
As soon as you can. Most policies set a deadline for reporting storm damage, and small problems like a lifted shingle can turn into a leak with the next rain.
Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes. We meet with your adjuster, provide our photos and measurements, and handle the repair or replacement once the claim is approved.
Someone knocked on my door after the storm. Should I sign?
Take your time. Ask where the company is based, check for local reviews and a physical address, and never sign anything that day. A local contractor will still be here next week.
Had hail or high wind?
Get it looked at before the next rain. The inspection is free.
