From storm to new roof
Free inspection
We photograph and measure the damage and tell you honestly if it looks like a claim.
You file the claim
You call your insurer. We give you the photos and storm date to back it up.
Adjuster visit
We meet the adjuster on the roof and walk them through what we found.
We do the work
Once approved, we schedule the install, clean up, and walk the finished roof with you.
What we will and won't do
We'll give you an honest read on the damage, thorough documentation, and a roof installed to code or above. If your claim is approved, the work gets done right.
We won't pressure you to sign the day of a storm, and we won't tell you a claim is a sure thing. Coverage is your insurance company's call.

- Adjuster meetingWe're on the roof when they inspect.

Does homeowners insurance cover roof replacement?
Usually only when the damage comes from a covered event like hail or wind, not from normal wear and age. Every policy is different, so check yours. We'll tell you honestly whether the damage we find looks like storm damage.
What will I pay out of pocket?
Typically your deductible, plus any upgrades you choose that the claim doesn't cover. Your policy and the adjuster's estimate decide the rest.
Do you talk to my insurance company for me?
We meet your adjuster at the house and provide our photos, measurements and estimate. The claim itself stays between you and your insurer, and you make the decisions.
What if the adjuster misses damage?
We point out everything we found during the inspection and provide documentation. If more damage turns up once the old roof is off, we photograph it and send it in as a supplement.
How long does a claim take?
It varies by insurer and how busy they are after a storm. Getting an inspection and good photos early is the best way to keep it moving.
